What types of events do you serve?
We provide photo booth experiences for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, corporate events, school dances, holiday parties, fundraisers, brand activations, community events, and many other celebrations.
What areas do you serve?
Ahro Events proudly serves New York City, Long Island, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
How much space is needed?
Our standard setup requires approximately an 8' x 8' area, access to a standard electrical outlet, and a level surface. If you're unsure whether your venue has enough space, we're happy to help.
What comes with every package?
Every package includes:
- Unlimited photos, GIFs, Boomerangs and videos
- Instant digital sharing via text, email, AirDrop or QR code
- Integrated LED lighting
- On-site attendant
- Backdrop based on selected package
- Online gallery
- Professional setup and breakdown
Customization, props and interactive enhancements vary by package.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests can instantly receive their photos, GIFs, Boomerangs and videos by text message, email, AirDrop or QR code making it easy to share their memories right away.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and weekend events. Availability is limited and event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I reserve my date?
A signed service agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time if booking.
Can I customize the photo overlay?
Absolutely! Personalized photo overlays are included with Spotlight and Showstopper. Snapshot clients may add personalization as an optional enhancement. Customization options vary by package.
Do you attend the event?
Yes. A professional Ahro Events attendant will be on-site throughout your photo booth experience to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor setups requires access to power, a level surface, adequate shelter and protection from direct sunlight, rain, excessive wind and extreme temperatures.
What if my event runs longer than expected?
Additional booth time may be requested before or during your event and is subject to availability. Additional time is charged at Ahro Events' current hourly rate and must be paid before the additional time begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods. Contact us if you have questions about payment options.
Are you insured?
Yes. We can provide proof of insurance if required by your venue.
