By using this website or booking services with Ahro Events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Ahro Events provides luxury photo booth rental services for private, corporate, and public events.
Booking
A signed agreement and required retainer are necessary to reserve an event date. Bookings are not confirmed until both have been received.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in our Payment Policy and service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Safe access to the venue
- Adequate setup space
- Access to electrical power if required
- A safe operating environment for equipment and staff
Equipment
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests due to negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.
Force Majeure
Ahro Events shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or other emergencies.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, branding, overlays, and marketing materials remain the property of Ahro Events unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Ahro Events liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booked services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website Accuracy
While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
Changes
Ahro Events may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from Ahro Events regarding your inquiry, event availability, package and pricing information, booking details, booking confirmations, scheduling, event coordination, appointment reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Ahro Events. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
To provide every client with a seamless experience, the following payment terms apply to all Ahro Events bookings.
Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement are required to secure your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until both have been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit & debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- ACH bank transfer (where available)
- Zelle
Late Payments
If the final balance is not received by the due date, Ahro Events reserves the right to suspend or cancel services. Late payments may also delay event preparation and customization.
Cancellations
The 30% retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your event date and covers planning and administrative costs.
If you cancel your event:
- More than 30 days before the event: Any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% of any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.
- Within 14 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling
One complimentary date change is permitted if requested at least 30 days before the event and the new date is available. Additional date changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Additional Event Time
Additional booth time requested during your event is subject to availability and will be billed at the current hourly rate. Payment must be made before the additional time begins.
Returned or Failed Payments
A $35 fee may be applied to returned checks or failed ACH payments. Services may be delayed until payment has been successfully received.
