By using this website or booking services with Ahro Events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services
Ahro Events provides premium photo booth experiences for private, corporate, and public events.

Booking
A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement are required to secure your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until both have been received.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Payments
Payment terms, cancellation policies and rescheduling terms are outlined below and in the applicable service agreement. If there is a conflict regarding specific booking, the signed service agreement will control.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Safe access to the venue
- Adequate setup space
- Access to electrical power if required
- A safe operating environment for equipment and staff

Setup Access

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding access to the designated setup area, including stairs, elevator availability, and other conditions that may affect equipment transport, setup or breakdown.

If stairs, lack of elevator access, or other access limitations were not disclosed prior to the event and additional assistance is required to safely transport equipment, Ahro Events may require an additional attendant and an additional staffing fee may apply. If safe and reasonable access cannot be provided, setup may be delayed or services may be unable to proceed.

 

Ahro Events is not responsible for delays or loss of service time resulting from inaccurate or undisclosed venue access information.

Parking, Loading & Venue Fees

The Client is responsible for notifying Ahro Events in advance of any required parking, loading, access, or venue-imposed fees. Any such fees not included in the original booking may be added to the Client's invoice when applicable and disclosed when known.

 

Early Setup & Idle Time

Standard setup and breakdown are included and do not reduce the Client's contracted photo booth service time. If the Client or venue requires Ahro Events to complete setup substantially earlier than reasonably necessary for the scheduled service start time, or requires the equipment and/or attendant to remain on-site during a requested period when the booth is not operating, additional idle-time charges may apply. Any known charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before the event.

 

Outdoor Events

Outdoor operation is subject to suitable weather and operating conditions. The Client must provide adequate shelter from rain, direct sunlight, excessive wind, and extreme temperatures, as well as appropriate access to electrical power when required.
Ahro Events may suspend or discontinue operation if conditions present a reasonable risk to guests, staff, or equipment.

Equipment & Guest Conduct

Ahro Events will provide equipment in proper operating condition. The Client agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent guests from damaging, moving, tampering with, or misusing Ahro Events equipment. 

Ahro Events reserves the right to temporarily suspend service if guest behavior creates an unsafe environment for staff, guests, or equipment.

The Client is responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for damage to Ahro Events equipment caused by the Client or the Client's guests due to negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

Equipment & Technical Issues

Ahro Events will make reasonable efforts to maintain equipment in proper working condition and promptly address technical issues that may occur during an event. Temporary interruptions necessary for troubleshooting will not constitute a failure to provide services. If a significant equipment malfunction within Ahro Events' reasonable control prevents services from being provided for a substantial portion of the contracted service period, Ahro Events may provide an appropriate prorated refund or other reasonable remedy based on the affected service time.

Digital Sharing & Internet Connectivity

Where included in the selected package, guests may be able to receive event media through available digital-sharing methods. Instant sharing may depend on internet or cellular connectivity at the venue.

Connectivity interruptions outside Ahro Events' reasonable control will not constitute a failure to provide photo booth services. When technically possible, affected media may be made available after connectivity is restored.

Custom Designs

When custom overlays, welcome screens, animations, or other personalized designs are included, the Client is responsible for providing requested names, wording, colors, logos, or other information by any deadline communicated by Ahro Events.

Once the Client approves a custom design, Ahro Events is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Delays

The Client's booked service period will begin and end at the scheduled times for the event. Delays caused by the Client, venue, guests, or event schedule or inaccurate or undisclosed venue access information do not automatically extend the contracted service period.

If Ahro Events is responsible for a delayed start, Ahro Events will make reasonable efforts to provide the full contracted service time.

Force Majeure
Ahro Events shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or other emergencies.

Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, branding, overlays, and marketing materials remain the property of Ahro Events unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
Ahro Events' liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booked services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Accuracy
While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

Changes
Ahro Events may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Updates will not modify the terms of an existing signed service agreement unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
